New Meal Payment System

Ashland City Schools is transitioning to a new lunch payment system the week of April 23.  The new system, PaySchools Central, will provide parents with an easy way to pay for school breakfast and lunch purchases.  As part of this transition, the old MyPaymentsPlus system is now shut down.

To set up your account in PaySchools Central:

  1. Navigate to
  2. Click the "Register" link just below the password box, and follow the instructions to register.
  3. Once you have completed the registration process, return to and sign in with the username & password you created.
  4. At the top right, click on the "User" dropdown, and then select "Add Students/Patrons".  Enter your child's legal name and student ID number.  You can find the ID number on your child's report card or schedule, or your child may have it memorized.
  5. Click on the "User" dropdown to add your credit card, manage e-mail notifications, and set up automatic replenishment of your student's account.

If you have any questions, you may contact the food service office at 419-289-1117 ext. 2247.

As before, participation in the online payment system is optional.  School cafeterias will continue to accept checks and cash as they have in the past.

All balances from the old system will transfer to the new system.  As of Monday afternoon, balances for high school, middle school, and Taft students have been transferred.  Edison and Reagan balances will be transferred Tuesday afternoon.  Parents who use the "auto-replenish" feature in MyPaymentsPlus will need to register for a new account in PaySchools Central and set it up again.

Thank you for your patience during this conversion!
